This was just a minor disruption in water service. People were fighting in stores trying to get bottled water. Store shelves emptied and more fighting as new shipments arrived at stores.
Most people are not prepared to do without running water or stocked store shelves for more than a day or two.
There will be food and water shortages. Be prepared.
