Arizona is going about this all wrong
All sarcasm.
The bottom line is that Arizona wants to enforce the law against illegal aliens. It wants them to be cognizant of the fact that the state is serious about the law, and therefore to conclude that it's best to leave or not come in the first place. Arizona did not deem these people illegal aliens. The federal government did, in laws passed by Congress and signed by the president of the United States. Arizona thinks those laws mean something. If the Justice Department's suit -- and Judge Bolton's line of argument -- prevails, then we'll know that they don't. The real law of the land will be our current, de facto amnesty, imposed by executive whim.

Against the law to collect rainwater
"Many of the freedoms we enjoy here in the U.S. are quickly eroding as the nation transforms from the land of the free into the land of the enslaved, but what I'm about to share with you takes the assault on our freedoms to a whole new level. You may not be aware of this, but many Western states, including Utah, Washington and Colorado, have long outlawed individuals from collecting rainwater on their own properties because, according to officials, that rain belongs to someone else."

This is the end (or at least pretty close to it)
It is necessary to provide only a short list of economic problems to see the critical condition we are in:
-Virtually everything you look at is broken and unfixable, from both a mathematical and political standpoint.
-All democratic welfare states are insolvent and incapable of meeting their obligations.
-Sovereign defaults are likely and will likely occur in domino fashion.
-Insane economic policies and regulations are making matters worse.
-Businesses are not hiring or investing because of the uncertainty that has been imposed on the country.
-Wealth, intellect, and corporations will flee this country.
-More than half of the states are likely to default on their obligations.
-Most major municipalities have pension obligations that will be unable to be met.
-Individuals are still over their heads in debt with no hope in sight.
-The housing market has farther to go on the downside. Foreclosures will accelerate.
-Commercial real estate is a disaster that has not yet hit full force.
-Joblessness is not improving and will get worse.
-Infrastructure has deteriorated. There are no funds available upgrade it to proper standards.
-Private pensions and union pensions are grossly underfunded and likely to become worse when financial markets tank.
-The welfare system is unsustainable and has to be dismantled.
-Generations have grown accustomed to entitlements and will not take kindly to the necessary reductions and eliminations.
-Education has deteriorated to levels such that many graduates are literally unemployable at a minimum wage, or at any wage.
-The banking system is insolvent, with many banks unlikely to survive.
-Social Security and Medicare are unsustainable programs that will collapse or have benefits so reduced as to make them virtually unrecognizable.
-Government guarantees of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and a host of other programs will likely require $2 trillion-plus to honor at taxpayer expense.
-Anything the government touches, it destroys, be it social programs, the post office, Amtrak, education, or (soon to be) the entire credit system, General Motors, student loans, etc. -- and finally, the entire economy.
-The FDIC is in a deep hole from which there is no escape other than additional taxpayer bailouts.
This economic list is off the cuff and not comprehensive. Geopolitical risks, if considered, would produce another frightening list.

Excellent! Now the banksters can take anyone's money and there will be no discourse.
There are always a few......
"There are always a few, better endowed than others, who feel the weight of the yoke and cannot restrain themselves from attempting to shake it off: these are the men who never become tamed under subjection and who always, like Ulysses on land and sea constantly seeking the smoke of his chimney, cannot prevent themselv...es from peering about for their natural privileges and from remembering their ancestors and their former ways. These are in fact men who, possessed of clear minds and far-sighted spirit, are not satisfied, like the brutish mass, to see only what is at their feet, but rather look about them, behind and before, and even recall the things of the past in order to judge those of the future, and compare both with their present situation. These are the ones who, having good minds of their own, have further trained them by study and learning. Even if liberty had entirely perished from the earth, such men would invent it. For them slavery has no satisfactions, no matter how well disguised." — Étienne de la Boétie

He sent $1 trillion bills to each member of Congress courtesy of "The Indebted States of America." The dollar replicas, part of the New Yorker's latest art project , carry an image of Mao Zedong and were issued in "Beijington, D.C."
Part tongue in cheek and part sounding bells to alert lawmakers to what Barnwell believes is a perilous amount of debt, the dollars are part of a growing movement of using art for activism.
Technology has revived artistic activism by making it easier than ever for artists to collaborate and disseminate their work.

Slavery has a new name-"National Service"
H.R. 5741 will give the president the authority “To require all persons in the United States between the ages of 18 and 42 to perform national service, either as a member of the uniformed services or in civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland security, to authorize the induction of persons in the uniformed services during wartime to meet end-strength requirements of the uniformed services, and for other purposes.”
And what exactly are those "other purposes"? This bill better die in committee or the little brown shirts will be marching in the streets soon. Maybe they'll give them purple SEIU shirts to wear so as not to be confused with a fascist militarized citizenry.

Possible deflationary depression
While property values are sinking, mostly due to market demand and availability of credit, the stock market is down for many of the same reasons. The Housing Bubble burst, the Stock Bubble has done the same. The Federal Reserve's only way out of these crises has been and will continue to be the printing press.
I don't think deflation is going to happen any time soon. Better to hold on to gold, silver, bullets and beans.

Looks like anyone, anyone at all, could beat Obama in 2012.
Double Dipping by The Federal Government
This new tax proceedure was buried in the thousands of pages of "Patient Protection and Affordable Health Care Act". Obama's lied again. This is a new tax that will affect anyone who sells anything to a business, like a coin dealer or pawn shop. If you have protected your earnings from inflation by purchasing gold or silver coin or bullion, when you convert it into dollars in the future, you will pay income tax a second time on the same dollars. Nice, huh?
ABC News has run a story about this little predicament today, however their spin is that it will only affect the very wealthy or the Tea Party nut jobs.
Since when are you a nut job for wanting to hold on to some of the fruits of your own labors?
Members of JournoList wanted government to shut down Fox News
“I am genuinely scared” of Fox, wrote Guardian columnist Daniel Davies, because it “shows you that a genuinely shameless and unethical media organisation *cannot* be controlled by any form of peer pressure or self-regulation, and nor can it be successfully cold-shouldered or ostracised. In order to have even a semblance of control, you need a tough legal framework.” Davies, a Brit, frequently argued the United States needed stricter libel laws.
“I agree,” said Michael Scherer of Time Magazine. Roger “Ailes understands that his job is to build a tribal identity, not a news organization. You can’t hurt Fox by saying it gets it wrong, if Ailes just uses the criticism to deepen the tribal identity.”
Jonathan Zasloff, a law professor at UCLA, suggested that the federal government simply yank Fox off the air. “I think that they are doing that anyway; they leak to whom they want to for political purposes,” he wrote. “If this means that some White House reporters don’t get a press pass for the press secretary’s daily briefing and that this means that they actually have to, you know, do some reporting and analysis instead of repeating press releases, then I’ll take that risk.”
Scherer seemed alarmed. “So we would have press briefings in which only media organizations that are deemed by the briefer to be acceptable are invited to attend?”
John Judis, a senior editor at the New Republic, came down on Zasloff’s side, the side of censorship. “Pre-Fox,” he wrote, “I’d say Scherer’s questions made sense as a question of principle. Now it is only tactical.”

It's the Corporate State, Stupid
Excellent article on the coming fascist state of America. Oh, wait, it's already here.
Hat tip to Gregory for the lead.
News media or propaganda machine?
The crisis reached a howling pitch in mid-April, 2008, at an ABC News debate moderated by Charlie Gibson and George Stephanopoulos. Gibson asked Obama why it had taken him so long – nearly a year since Wright’s remarks became public – to dissociate himself from them. Stephanopoulos asked, “Do you think Reverend Wright loves America as much as you do?”
Watching this all at home were members of Journolist, a listserv comprised of several hundred liberal journalists, as well as like-minded professors and activists. The tough questioning from the ABC anchors left many of them outraged. “George [Stephanopoulos],” fumed Richard Kim of the Nation, is “being a disgusting little rat snake.”- From The Daily Caller
And so it seems there is now undeniable proof that not only is the Main Stream Media largely on the side of liberals, but that there is in fact collusion and conspiracy to sway popular opinion by squashing or ignoring stories that don't fit their ideal. From disclosed conversations among the membership it is plain to see that they would do whatever they had to in order to promote the candidacy of Barack Obama.
Once again the Alinsky methodology has reared it's ugly head. If you have no chance of winning, you cheat. You change the discussion. You don't answer the attacks, you create attacks of your own; not on substance, but on the character of your opponent. You call them racists and put them on the defensive. That way, they cannot compete because they are too busy answering your accusations.
This looks exactly like the attacks on the Tea Party movement. The people in power in DC do not believe in Liberty. They will stop at nothing to keep the American people enslaved through big government which will require an ever increasing amount of taxation to perpetuate. There has to be a way to expose this tactic and neutralize it.

Videotaping Police Is Often Cause for Arrest - ABC News
The 1st Amendment obviously doesn't apply if you are filming or reporting on the police. Funny, I don't seem to remember that section in the Bill of Rights. Maybe I missed something.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
I suppose, with the everyday trampling of the Constitution, one more little issue like "abridging the freedom .....of the press" shouldn't even be noticed.
2 Party System = No Choice
Several months ago Glenn Beck ran a piece on his Fox News TV show where he illustrated a very good point. He used an illustration of a balance scale, with Liberty at one end and Tyranny at the other. The pivot of the balance is where the Federal Government would be located. When asked where the pivot point, or government, should be, as laid out by the founders, most of the audience put that point squarely in the middle.
Much to the audience's dismay, when the founders first laid out their plan for a government of "these United States", they came up with the "Articles of Confederation" which was the closest they could come to Anarchy and still claim to be a confederation of states. The Articles of Confederation provided for a common defense of the United States and other than that, we were left to travel and trade any way we liked. A very Libertarian establishment.
When it was demonstrated that through big government, i.e. the current Nanny State, that the pivot point was really very close to the "Tyranny" end of the scale, some seemed a little aghast. When asked where the traditional "Left" and "Right" parties, the D's and R's where on the scale, no one seemed to be able to answer. It quickly becomes apparent that both of the current major parties are in exactly the same place on the scale, the pivot, because they are the current government.
If you want real choice and real change in Washington DC, you have to get out of the two party mentality. While the two major parties have us all in a knot with this whole left vs right argument, they are the winners and we lose, because they are the same big government.
If you want smaller government, lower taxes, personal Liberty and personal responsibility, then I recommend voting Libertarian.
Peter Schiff on the demise of the dollar.
In his latest video blog (July 15th), Peter Schiff comments upon the 9% drop in the Dollar Index this month, with the Dollar showing particular weakness against the Euro, the Yen, and the New Zealand Dollar.
Schiff thinks this Dollar Index drop may be the direct result of the recent G20 meeting, where a clear split opened up between the American stimulus-and-spend position and the European austerity-and-save position — dare we say the Krugman versus Schiff divide? — which has subsequently weakened the Dollar outlook versus the Euro outlook, despite the earlier problems with Greece et al.
Mr Schiff has faced much criticism in the past two years because of his 2007 conviction that a forthcoming crash, on the bursting of Greenspan’s bubble, would be accompanied by US government bailouts, bank failures, Fannie and Freddie bankruptcy, zero percent interest rates, massive government borrowing, quantitative easing, and record deficits. Under these predicted conditions, he saw it as highly unlikely that the Dollar would increase its strength relative to other currencies; yet this is exactly what happened.
The financial world turned in panic to the Dollar as a ’safe haven’, thereby pushing up the Dollar Index value, when virtually everything else crashed almost exactly in line with Schiff’s many other predictions, all based upon his long-term analysis of the Greenspan bubble and its necessary eventual bust, according to the tenets of the Austrian Business Cycle Theory (ABCT).

What has America become?
Let's see: if we lie to the Congress, it's a felony and if the congress lies to us, its just politics; if we dislike a black person, we're racist and if a black dislikes whites, it's their 1st Amendment right; the government spends millions to rehabilitate criminals and they do almost nothing for the victims; in public schools you can teach that homosexuality is OK, but you better not use the word God in the process; you can kill an unborn child, but its wrong to execute a mass murderer; we don't burn books in America, we now rewrite them; we got rid of the communist and socialist threat by renaming them progressives; we are unable to close our border with Mexico, but have no problem protecting the 38th parallel in Korea; if you protest against President Obama's policies you're a terrorist, but if you burned an American flag or George Bush in effigy it was your 1st Amendment right.
You can have pornography on TV or the Internet, but you better not put a nativity scene in a public park during Christmas; we have eliminated all criminals in America, they are now called sick people; we can use a human fetus for medical research, but it's wrong to use an animal.
We take money from those who work hard for it and give it to those who don't want to work; we all support the Constitution, but only when it supports our political ideology; we still have freedom of speech, but only if we are being politically correct; parenting has been replaced with Ritalin and video games; the land of opportunity is now the land of hand outs; the similarity between Katrina and the gulf oil spill is that neither president did anything to help.
And how do we handle a major crisis today? The government appoints a committee to determine who's at fault, then threatens them, passes a law, raises our taxes; tells us the problem is solved so the can get back to their reelection campaign.

I used to think there were some sane people in Colorado
Eighty-two-year-old Robert Wallace from Wheat Ridge, Colorado, may be spending the rest of his life in jail after defending his home. In February, Wallace says that he witnessed two thieves hooking his flatbed trailer to their pickup truck. The suspects ignored demands to stop and sped off with the trailer; Wallace says that he fired two shots toward the truck as they were leaving.
Just minutes later, Damacio Torres, 32, arrived at the ER at a local hospital to get Alvaro Cardona, 28, medical attention. The latter had been struck in the face by a bullet.
Later, Torres admitted to police that they stole the trailer from Wallace's home.
According to Wallace, the suspects threatened him during the incident, and he says, "They almost ran me over."
Despite the confession of the crime, and despite both Torres and Cardona living in the United States illegally with arrest records, neither suspect so far has been charged with any wrongdoing. Ironically, Wallace is being charged with 12 felony counts, four of those on the count of attempted first-degree murder. While currently free on bond, Wallace's court date is scheduled for September; at age 82, he may well spend the rest of his life in prison.

The U.S. Economy Is A Dead Horse And The American People Are Starting To Get Really Pissed Off And Frustrated
Boy, I for one sure am glad we spent $787 Billion to "Stimulate" the economy. All of the stimulus money has been spent, including $20million for signs that say "this project paid for as part of the stimulus" or some other horse shit that tries to make the current "fiascal" policy of the White House seem like it's good for the economy.
We are rapidly approaching 1932 numbers of failing businesses and unemployed people. Still think the Statist policies of the current government make sense?

The Myth of the Clinton Surplus
"Time and time again, anyone reading the mainstream news or reading articles on the Internet will read the claim that President Clinton not only balanced the budget, but had a surplus. This is then used as an argument to further highlight the fiscal irresponsibility of the federal government under the Bush administration.
The claim is generally made that Clinton had a surplus of $69 billion in FY1998, $123 billion in FY1999 and $230 billion in FY2000 . In that same link, Clinton claimed that the national debt had been reduced by $360 billion in the last three years, presumably FY1998, FY1999, and FY2000--though, interestingly, $360 billion is not the sum of the alleged surpluses of the three years in question ($69B + $123B + $230B = $422B, not $360B).
While not defending the increase of the federal debt under President Bush, it's curious to see Clinton's record promoted as having generated a surplus. It never happened. There was never a surplus and the facts support that position. In fact, far from a $360 billion reduction in the national debt in FY1998-FY2000, there was an increase of $281 billion."

Obama's Experts: Obama’s Debt Will “Destroy Us From Within
The government's current spending trends "will destroy the country from within," said the co-chairmen of Obama's national commission on debt.Commission chairmen Erskine Bowles and Alan Simpson spoke Sunday at the annual National Governor's Association meeting in Boston, Mass., reported the Washington Post.
Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security programs annually consume all federal revenue, according to the chairmen. All discretionary spending funds for year-to-year budgeting and expenses are used up on the three programs, forcing the government to borrow money to cover the rest of the government's expenses.
This is why our Democrat rulers chose now to ram through a massive new entitlement with ObamaCare. As for the national security implications:
"The rest of the federal government, including fighting two wars, homeland security, education, art, culture, you name it, veterans, the whole rest of the discretionary budget, is being financed by China and other countries," said Simpson. It's going to be hilarious, when Obama's fellow commies in mainland China invade Taiwan and snuff out its prosperous democracy. Excuse me, Wen Jiabao, can we borrow some money to fight you with? The ChiComs might as well annex Japan while they're at it. Who's going to stop them?By electing Obama, we elected to reduce America to a second-rate country. This is going to create a power vacuum that will not be filled by nice people. But we'll be too busy digging through dumpsters for something to eat to worry about it.
By 2020 the United States will be spending $2 trillion on just the interest of the national debt, said Bowles, if the United States makes no changes. No wonder Obama keeps poking the public in the eye on ObamaCare, illegal immigration, etc. He doesn't need to get reelected because his work is already done. In less than 2 years he has sunk us so deep into debt with massive wasteful spending that it is only a matter of time until our economy completely collapses, paving the way for his fellow radical leftists to make the inevitable transition from soft tyranny to hard tyranny.

Massad Ayoob on Guns
The permit (or license if you will; I steer clear of that particular semantic trap) to carry a concealed weapon has been the subject of much debate over the last few decades. It wasn’t so long ago that there were seven states where the piece of paper that authorized you to carry a loaded, concealed handgun in public simply wasn’t available. Now there are two: Illinois and Wisconsin. The latter state came achingly close, only to be vetoed repeatedly by a governor who won’t be in office to do that the next time around. Look for Illinois to be the only holdout soon.
Having spent most of my life in New Hampshire, which issued carry permits regularly since long before this old man was born and reportedly was the lowest-crime state in the union last year – and now owning a home in Florida, which caused all manner of angst amongst the lightweights when it made carry permits readily available in the late ‘80s – I can testify that when good people carry guns, the streets don’t run red with blood. Quite the reverse, in fact.
As documented regularly here and elsewhere, Chicago’s Mayor Daley thinks otherwise. Surrounded by heavily armed bodyguards himself, he now flouts the United States Supreme Court itself after the recent McDonald decision. He ramrodded new rules in the windy city which will restrict law-abiding citizens to one functioning handgun in the household, subject to heavy licensing fees, massive liability insurance requirements, and among other ludicrous restrictions will not allow the owner to take it out of the house. How, then, will the owner be able to take it to a shooting range and learn to be safe and competent with it? How will he or she take a broken handgun to a gunsmith, to keep it in safe working order?
Look, on the other hand, to practical Utah. THIS link shows how popular their carry permit, the most widely recognized by other states in the land, has become.
Most of the rest of the country recognizes that those who pass the criminal record checks, etc. required for concealed carry permits are the kind of Good Guys and Gals the rest of society doesn’t have to worry about. It certainly seems to be the case in some quarters in Texas, as we see HERE.
Illinois’ sheriffs seem to be leaning toward concealed carry licensing. It will be offered in the Legislature in the next session in Springfield. Good luck to our logical, law-abiding brothers and sisters in Illinois. Perhaps they’ll one day be treated like free people…even if they have to get a non-resident permit from Utah or elsewhere, and leave home, to know what that feels like as of now.

Confidence in Obama reaches new low, Washington Post-ABC News poll finds
"Public confidence in President Obama has hit a new low, according to the latest Washington Post-ABC News poll. Four months before midterm elections that will define the second half of his term, nearly six in 10 voters say they lack faith in the president to make the right decisions for the country, and a clear majority once again disapproves of how he is dealing with the economy. "
"Just 43 percent of all Americans now say they approve of the job Obama is doing on the economy, while 54 percent disapprove. Both are the worst, marginally, of his presidency. Even a third of Democrats give him negative marks here. And overall, intensity runs clearly against the president on the issue, with twice as many people rating him strongly negative as strongly positive."
"On the question of Obama's leadership, 42 percent of registered voters now say they have confidence that he will make the right decisions for the country, with 58 saying they do not. At the start of his presidency, about six in 10 expressed confidence in his decision-making."
Looks like he really is turning out to be the worst president in recent history. Former Pres Carter must be ecstatic knowing that he is no longer burdened with that mantle.

Al Franken illegally in office
That's the finding of an 18-month study conducted by Minnesota Majority, a conservative watchdog group, which found that at least 341 convicted felons in largely Democratic Minneapolis-St. Paul voted illegally in the 2008 Senate race between Franken, a Democrat, and his Republican opponent, then-incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman.
The final recount vote in the race, determined six months after Election Day, showed Franken beat Coleman by 312 votes -- fewer votes than the number of felons whose illegal ballots were counted, according to Minnesota Majority's newly released study, which matched publicly available conviction lists with voting records.
Furthermore, the report charges that efforts to get state and federal authorities to act on its findings have been "stonewalled."
Does this surprise anyone? Where is the Democrat outrage at obvious voter fraud?

SPLOST Scandal developing in Athens, GA
The tennis center, which is supposed to enable ACC to draw large tournament play to Athens and produce a significant economic impact. ACC would be competing with just two other centers in the Southeast for the privalege of hosting these tournaments. Sounds pretty good so far, doesn't it?
The proposed location of the tennis center is Bishop Park, a large in town green space which already has softball, swimming, tennis, basketball and soccer facilities. The size of the new center would eliminate large swaths of the the green space to accommodate asphalt covered parking lots.
The debate surrounding the proposed location ranges from loss of green space, environmental impact and the loss of the favored location for a local co-op farmers market. The touchy feelie side of the debate doesn't really get to me as much as some information that I found out this morning.
1. The SPLOST was originally for "Parks and Leisure Services Improvements" not for a Tennis Center at all
2. There was no economic impact study done for either the potential of the new center or of any existing centers? WTF!
The ACC govt has been hiding behind the fact that the county is legally bound to carry through with the SPLOST since it was a ballot referendum voted on by the entire county. What they aren't telling anyone is the money wasn't allocated specifically to a tennis center, and the rest of the Parks and Leisure Services department could really use the money for other purposes.
I think someone might need to clear this up before any money gets spent.

These folks know that they cannot keep their positions of power in DC, so they will force their agenda upon us while they have the ability. Whatever the make up of the incoming Congress, they will have to spend the majority of their trying to undo the damage done by this administration.

Sell your stocks, buy silver and rice.
“Bonds are not a good place to invest in,” Rogers said at a conference in Kuala Lumpur today. “You should own commodities because that’s your only refuge” whether it’s silver or rice, said Rogers, who predicted the start of the global commodities rally in 1999.
Gold has gained 8.3 percent this year, leading advances in precious metals, as investors seek haven assets to protect their wealth amid concern the global economic recovery will falter. Still, commodities overall capped their worst quarter in more than a year on investors’ concern that slower growth from China to the U.S. will sap demand.
The best place to be is in commodities and other natural resources, including precious metals like silver, platinum and palladium, said Rogers, who co-founded the Quantum Hedge Fund in 1970. Commodities are good to buy as supply shortages are already developing, the Singapore-based investor said.
Gold prices will rise to more than $2,000 per ounce, said Rogers, without giving a timeframe. Bullion for immediate delivery declined 0.4 percent at $1,187.85 an ounce at 6:34 p.m. in Singapore. It reached a record $1,265.30 on June 21.
CNSNews.com - Gibbs Evades Question of Whether Obama Agrees With His Medicare Director That Health-Care System Must Redistribute Wealth
“Excellent health care is by definition redistributional,” Berwick said in a speech delivered on July 1, 2008.
So I guess by "redistribution" what he really meant was "spread the wealth around", no that's not right, maybe he meant "to each according to their needs and from each according to their ability" .....yeah that's it Karl Marx......because Marxism works so well in the USSR....er, Cuba.
FOXNews.com - Jimmy Buffett Organizes Gulf Benefit, Blames Bush for Spill
I'm soooo glad to know that it's not just Obama that feels the need after 18 months to try and pin all of his mistakes on the Bush administration. Now he's got Jimmy Buffett on the band wagon too.
Buffett claims the problem is deeply rooted in what he called a "too cozy" relationship between the Bush administration and the oil industry. I wonder if Jimmy knows that the largest recipient ever of campaign money from British Petroleum is, in fact, Barrack Obama.
Jimmy, if you aren't going to do your homework, you might just want to keep that mouth singing instead of talking.

What part of Unsustainable don't they understand?
Loss of Liberty and no one is screaming?
That being said, why is it that so many people were up in arms about infringement of the rights guaranteed by the 4th Amendment with “warrantless wiretaps”, which largely had to do with discovering criminal or terrorist activity by monitoring calls from inside the USA to known terror suspects outside of the USA, and the same group is now giving Obama a pass while he and the Department of Homeland Security walk all over the Rights to freedom of speech and the press as guaranteed by the 1st Amendment ?
This “trampling of the Constitution” by Obama’s Administration is being done to hide facts from the public and not for protection of the USA. What are they trying to hide? Why is there no outrage from the PEOPLE about the loss of Liberty? Why are people not screaming?

The Coming Unpleasantness
A nation divided
Isn't it odd that the exact same number of people who approve of Obama are also the exact number of Americans who pay absolutely no income taxes?

The Hour is Fast Approaching
To Hell with the Constitution- Obama doesn't care about that document
Born or Naturalized. Born or Naturalized. That sounds pretty specific. I didn't see "sneaked across the desert in the dead of night" or "waded across the Rio Grande" or "tunneled under the fence" in there anywhere.
Now where in the hell does Obama come up with the idea that "being American is not a matter of blood or birth"? Constitutional scholar, my ass.
