Videotaping Police Is Often Cause for Arrest - ABC News
The 1st Amendment obviously doesn't apply if you are filming or reporting on the police. Funny, I don't seem to remember that section in the Bill of Rights. Maybe I missed something.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
I suppose, with the everyday trampling of the Constitution, one more little issue like "abridging the freedom .....of the press" shouldn't even be noticed.
