According to the latest Zogby Poll, only 39% of Americans now have a favorable opinion of President Obama. This is his lowest approval rating since his election. I expect the recent departures from the White House staff of people like Rahm Emanuel and David Axelrod have nothing to do with rats and ships, but I could be wrong.
