Wait a minute, just wtf does the headline think it means? Justices do not "extend gun owner rights" to anyone. The Constitution of these United States of America clearly states that we are "endowed by our creator" with certain rights. All the Justices can do is protect the citizenry from having their rights trampled upon by an oppressive government.
